Our law firm, thanks to the support of a group of trusted external professionals, provides its clients with comprehensive assistance in the real estate area, including consultancy, representation, and handling of all bureaucratic and tax obligations related to the purchase and sale also through real estate auctions or the rental of a property in Italy.
This service was introduced due to the growing demand from international clients, who approach the Firm looking for assistance and advice to apply for entry visas for elective residency.

The professional services are provided following the assignment of a consultancy mandate to the Law Firm, and they include:
- Research activities regarding the regulations and treaties governing reciprocity conditions in real estate transactions between Italy and the client’s country of origin.
- Activities closely related to immigration law, aimed at obtaining a tourist visa or a business visa, allowing the client to enter Italy legally and conclude contracts personally (preliminary and sales agreements, or leases) or through a special proxy if the client cannot be present at the time of signing before a Notary .
- Assistance during negotiations for property lease or purchase, also through participation in auctions: we guide the client through all phases of the assignment (sale or lease of apartments for foreigners).
- Assistance, through a trusted accountant, in tax and fiscal obligations related to the purchase or lease.
If the mandate is signed abroad, it must be endorsed by a notary , translated, by an authorised translator and legalised (or apostilled if the State in which it is executed has ratified the Hague Convention of 1961).
Before the Notary it will also be possible to issue lawyers with special powers of attorney for the execution of specific tasks.
